Our history

DGE was founded in 2004 with a clear focus on environmental issues, customer relations, and employees.

DGE Mark och Miljö AB was founded with a clear focus on environmental issues, customer relations, and employees. The idea behind DGE was to create value in the environmental industry; moving away from solely law-driven issues and prestige-driven motives, towards the strong team spirit and customer focus that today permeates DGE’s corporate culture. Together with our customers, we create a more sustainable future and take responsibility for the whole.

The company was started in Kalmar and since then we have grown with colleagues in Malmö, Gothenburg, and Uppsala. Growth has never been a value in itself for us, but we have always considered it important to have enough people within our areas of expertise and at our offices to maintain good community, be able to develop, and meet our customers’ needs. Now, in 2023, we are significantly more, but we have worked to retain the feeling of the ”small company” where we can be personal with each other while being professional.

Since 2020, the analysis laboratory Göteborgs Kemanalys has also been part of DGE.
